All sales are final. Fresh products are non-refundable. Rose colours are subject to change. Preserved flowers last minimum of 6 months to 3 years, a year duration is given as a guideline. One year roses may cause staining of the rose colour.

We are happy to provide a money back guarantee on any faulty items purchased from our Immortal Collection,  return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back. Please use a tracked delivery company that allows you to insure the contents of your package. Please attach a covering letter with any returned faulty item to include your order number, name, address and description of fault. Please also let us know if you would like a replacement or refund. We deliver on the date requested however sometimes we may not be able to due to various factors the customer accepts there is that possibility of delivery may not be received on date requested. We deliver from 9am to 9 pm so if you have a certain time we will try our best to accommodate however we can not guarantee. Please order for delivery prior to any major event to avoid any chance of disappointment due to various factors, as to ensure your product is there for your special day. The number of the roses in the box may vary due of the size of head of the roses. We may use a rose substitute to the type of roses shown in the picture on occasion. Colours shown on graph are for reference purposes only the final colour of product may vary.

If you place your order before 6pm we can provide you next day delivery on most products depending on location (13 miles of UB3). Orders after 6 pm will be completed within 48 hours

On our bespoke products we aim to deliver between 1-4 working days of purchase and delivered via the best possible delivery services we think is suitable. To order blue, galaxy and rainbow colour roses in the Deluxe Fresh Collection, or to order any product from the Sweet Indulgence Collection please order at least 72 hours prior delivery.

We offer nationwide delivery on all products expect hat boxes in the Deluxe Fresh Collection and Sweet Sensations Collection. We deliver up to 10 miles from UB3 please check via the link below before placing your order. For delivery outside of this additional fees may apply. You will be informed of total fee before your order is confirmed.

For Persevered Flowers

  • Do not water these flowers as they have been put through special intricate processes which allows them to absorb moisture from the air so they do not require any water.
  • Do not let the flowers come into contact with any wet surfaces.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight or very strong light these are for indoor use only.
  • Keep at temperatures below 35 degrees centigrade. Keep at humidity levels between 40% and 60% therefore avoid putting next to wet rooms or bathrooms.
  • Avoid excessive handling; these are very delicate flowers so any unnecessary handling will damage the flowers.
  • If flowers get dusty or wet blow with a hairdryer NOT HOT from an appropriate distance till clean or dry.

For Fresh Flowers

  • Once you have unwrapped your flowers stems must be trimmed (at an angle).
  • Place the flowers (along with the supplied flower food) in a non-metallic vase containing Luke warm water.
  • Display in cool, shady place away from any draughts, direct heat or sunlight.
  • The flowers in the boxes have already been placed in foam which has been soaked in water and flower food to prolong the life of the flowers so there is no need to remove them from the box. Please add a little water every so often to ensure that water levels are suitable for the flowers .
